We put a great deal of time and effort into the pre-planning and preparation of your event to ensure your evening is memorable, special and unique to you. Each quote we provide is based on a number of factors, these include:
- Size of venue / number of guests
- Duration - Fee's are based on hourly rates.
- Set up times - No charge for setting up and breaking down providing we can do this immediately prior to and after your event. We require at least 1 hour to set our system up, and at least 1 hour to break them down and load therefore please ensure your venue can accommodate these requirements.
- On occasions where we are asked to set up early we will discuss your requirements and possible prices at the time of enquiry. No equipment is left at any venue unattended, therefore additional charges would apply.
- Distance - We don't make seperate charges for travel.
All of the above points are all automatically included within the quote, and we always endeavor to provide a competitive price for the services we offer. Where no add ons have been requested, and accurate details have been provided, what is quoted is what you will pay, there are no additional charges, unless there is a material change to your requirements.
